We want to know!

Your experience at the Mullins Center is what matters most to us. As part of our management company, Global Spectrum, we've adopted a new customer service philosophy and catch phrase based off the simple question, "How You Doin'?" When you attend a Mullins Center event, our staff will greet you with a friendly "How You Doin'?" and a smile, and they will be prepared to address your needs.

This philosophy begins with a simple question, “How You Doin’?”, but it’s more than that:

  • It’s about giving guests the ultimate experience.
  • It’s going above and beyond, treating all guests the way they want to be treated.
  • It’s also a way of measuring how the Mullins Center is performing.
